vines from Pantelleria planted in  1931 and vines in Scirafi planted in 1948

Blending occurred after élevage as the wines were racked into stainless steel to rest for one month before bottling

It was then racked to two new 600L demi-muids (used white demi-muids were not available to me for this wine at the time)
