Poetic Old Jointed Cardboard Man with Beautiful Stains jig doill which I'd call a pitcher

which I'd call a pitcher

gentle and true

I really love the scalloped edges of the wrapped bark (a bit like the chip-carved edges of wood on a tramp art frame or box)

it rather makes me want to go out and start training for the olympics

Poetic Old Jointed Cardboard Man with Beautiful Stains jig doill which I'd call a pitcherThis guy would be less interesting to me without the stains, but with them, especially those on his head, he is very full of life. Immediately reminding me of a Rodin watercolor nude when I spotted him, I think he'd be a beautiful thing to frame, and also would make a wonderful subject for a stop motion animation. 14 1 4" tall. Good condition, stained as evident, with general wear but sound and sturdy.
